With all the different skincare creams and potions available today, its important to remember that you also need to look after your skin from the inside as well.

Almost eighty per cent of the skin is made up of the dermal layer. The dermis, called "true skin, " is the layer beneath the epidermis. Its major parts are collagen, reticular fibers, and elastic fibers. The dermis has two layers: the papillary layer, which has loose connective tissue, and the reticular layer, which has dense connective tissue. These layers are so closely associated that they can be difficult to tell apart..The single most important way to care for your skin is to treat it internally, through proper nutrition and hydration.

Drinking plenty of water and perhaps taking a supplement such as Omega3 is a great way to start looking after your skin from the inside.Think about your diet, fresh fruit vegetables and nuts (non salted) will all help your skincare from the inside.

That said, taking care of the other twenty percent through cleansing and moisturising is essential to keep your skin looking fabulous, too.

Look after your body take time to relax drink plenty of water eat freah fruits and vegetables these simple steps are as important for your skincare as any expensive creams.
